Occupied Staging is the process of using the seller’s furniture and rearranging the best way possible to create a neutral design in every room. Decorating is when a home owner creates a beautiful space that reflects their personal taste, but it may not appeal to every one that comes to view the home as a potential buyer. Although many era’s of designs are so amazing, during an occupied staging we can go into the home with an objective eye, work with the owner’s furniture and rearrange what is currently in the home to create a look that will appeal to all type of buyers. We will make suggestions on what should be removed and what should be rearranged to maximize the square footage in every room. We make suggestions that start from the curb appeal and throughout the entire home, if there is a room that you would like for us not to enter and view, we completely respect that.

Occupied Staging Package:

• Free Quote Consultation-I will walk through the home with a no judgement, objective eye. After the consultation, I will send over a quote for occupied staging services.

• 2-4 hours of occupied staging with our team. Detailed report of suggestions for changes and rearrangements to be completed prior to our team coming in to stage with the existing furniture. We come in and help make the proper rearrangements.

Accessories Package:

• This is an optional package to rent additional accessories to have in your occupied staging. Some homes are in need of art or different accessories to create a special touch. Pricing varies per items.
